Chapter 1 “The high priestess”/”The Healer”(a.k.a Niah)

It is the day of the ceremony-the ceremony that I am meant to find my protector-my future husband and take over the leadership of my people from my mentor. My husband-to-be – I don´t know who he is yet, but intuitively I will know when we met. There is an initiation ceremony given by the gods and angels surrounding us. I am to be tested in different ways and so is he. If  a person presented to me aren’t the right person-the Gods will not give their permission and there will be no signs. Me and my future husband will know by the signs given by the Gods if we’re right for eachother-”meant-to-be”. 

My 18:th birthday is today and it’s a tradition by my people, that a woman, or man, with the right skills and aptitude for magic takes over the role of seer, magician and shaman and thus takes the lead of my people. If the first person presented to me (in the ceremony) isn´t right-there will be other tests and someone will eventually prove themselves worthy.

My magical skills are mostly in elemental magic and I also have the gift of clairaudience (I hear messages through conversations I overhear or by music, lyrics or poetry), clairsentience (I feel things in my body that´s shown like a warmth, chill or like pain somewhere in my own body) and sometimes I get channelled messages from source in other ways and I just know that they mean something. 

I am also skilled in healing and that´s why I need to find a protector, because of the sensitivity to other people´s energies and darkness. It´s expected that my skills will get more diverse and evolved the older I get. My protector must be skilled in protection magic and have a strong mind that doesn’t easily get influenced by negative or lower vibrational energies. He also needs to have skills in fighting. I am a skilled warrior as well, but as a couple we need to withstand strong opposing forces-both when it comes to spiritual, mental and physical forces.

Since my world is dangerous, I have hidden some of my skills and talents, because I know that there are other people-both men and women- who aspire to take the leadership of my people from me. They don´t like that Spirit/the Universe has favoured and blessed me so much with my gifts. If people around me knew about all my gifts- they would try to fight me even more. 

Atlantis wasn´t always like this-full of danger and scheming people. We used to live in peace and harmony for a very long time, but something has shifted in the last few decades or so. The hunger for power has spread like a disease in our lands. Before, we were focused on science, the arts, martial arts, healing and magic. We helped each other to evolve the lands in different ways.

Today – all morning- I have had a strong feeling of a beautiful presence around me. I have felt this way for quite some time. I keep getting blurry visions and sensations about a man that I don´t know. It´s like an invisible bond that stretches from me, but I am not entirely sure where it leads. I sometimes get bodily sensations in various areas of my body-it´s a warm and tingly feeling. I feel a sense of belonging and safety. 

Since I believe in destiny, I hope to meet that special presence/person today- among my suitors. I have heard stories about people that get a sense of their future partner before they meet in the physical realms. For me the visions have been the strongest at the weirdest times and places. I can get a sense of a person hugging me from behind, holding my hand or even kissing me, but I still don´t know what he looks like-not entirely. Sometimes this “person” or an angel maybe, shows up when I’m walking in nature or going to the market. I also dream about an unknown person that feels familiar to me. It feels like I know this man, but I still haven´t met a person or an angel like that in my physical world.

To prepare for the ceremony I bathe in the sacred waters of the temple. Some of the priestesses are helping me get ready. Music of a high vibration always plays in the temple-it´s mostly 963 Hz or 528 Hz that plays here. People come here to get healing through sound therapy and meditation-sometimes assisted by the priestesses or the priests that work here. The scent of trees and flowers is everywhere around the temple. There are burning oil lamps with sacred oils that keeps the temple free from negative energies-the oils and the stones that are everywhere in the temple aisles, help to keep the magic around the temple strong, so it’s protected. It´s like an invisible barrier that keeps lower vibrational energies or shadow energies at bay. Lately there have been some breaches, so we have tried to enforce the spiritual protection field further with magic spells of protection and disempowerment.. 

We have prayed to the goddesses and gods to help us. We don´t know why these negative forces have increased around us, but it feels like the world is about to shift into a new reality of sorts and I and other people with magical gifts and a strong intuition, have sensed it for some time now. For some time now my senses have been overloaded with feelings of danger and dark magic. 

Dark magic has been forbidden in our lands for a long time, but I know some people practise it in the shadows. This power-hunger that is everywhere, makes people use it even more. I think dark magic has increased around us, because some strong dark magician, witch or shaman, has unleashed a lot of bad energies-dark energies into the world. This may occur as monsters or other unseen things in the world. 

My theory is that because someone powerful unleashed the dark magic into the world, it triggered lower vibrational feelings of power over others and that´s because dark forces are trying to regain more power over our resources and people. My people are exceptionally skilled in the arts, martial arts, magic and clairvoyancy and that´s the reason someone is trying to take the power from us and enslave my people to do their bidding. The heaviness of all this is making me feel anxious and really worried about the future of my people and myself.

As I bathe, I suddenly get a feeling that I am being spied on, but the only thing I see is the temple cat Luna, but she also looks watchful-I see her ears clipping back and forth. I get anxious again, because my body is starting to tingle and the hair on my neck is starting to rise. This feeling is different from the feelings I get when I see the man in my vision. I feel like something is creeping up on me in a sinister way. I start to wonder if I´m imagining things but I suddenly get the opposite feeling-like somebody has put a protective shield around me.

Can it be that there is something or someone evil among the people that has gathered for the ceremony? And if so-why do I feel this protected right now? The light and dark seem to collide right now and if it wasn´t for the magic shield someone put around me, I would probably have fainted by the sheer force of the evil energy I feel surrounding my mind. It feels like someone is trying to find something, some sort of information hidden in my mind among our people´s collected knowledge. The protective cloak of magic that somebody has put around me is still keeping me safe though.

Chapter 2: “The Magician”/”The Protector”(a.k.a Thomas)

So, my intuition and my guide are telling me that this event is somehow important. I am to be presented to the High priestess to be, to see if I am her destined partner-me and some other men chosen by the last leader of the people. 

I have felt a presence in my life for the last few months-my inner guide and my spirit animal also sensed a presence very strongly. I wake up at night having weird and very vivid dreams about a woman-I can´t really see her face, but her presence feels so warm and protective. My body is reacting in strange ways. I always trust my intuition, but this energy- it is something entirely different … .It is like somebody is sending me physical signals and my body reacts accordingly. It feels passionate and hot and very warm, tingly and safe. I get this urge that I need to protect someone and I have never felt this protective of anyone before….

My magic is growing stronger, but my intuition and my guide says to keep it hidden and safe. The Atlantis I know has grown hostile and I sense the darker forces more and more. I miss the “old” Atlantis- it sounds like it was a long time ago, but it wasn´t-I am only 20 years old, but the darkness grew stronger only three years ago. For me-my magic and my senses grew stronger then. It felt like I was being prepared for battle. My familiar/spirit animal is a lion and today he is going to present  another spirit-animal to me….she is working with a young woman who has very strong powers-or so he tells me. For some reason he is very excited, but also weary. There is something weird brewing in the energies surrounding us today.

As I am getting closer to the temple-I am supposed to visit the temple before the ceremony and the events- a wave of energy almost knocks me back. I am completely unprepared for the sinister darkness that almost overwhelms me. I don’t even get a warning-not even my spirit animal guide senses anything this time. The energy is so strong that it knocks me back and I fall to the ground, but I am quickly prepared for battle and I send out a shield of black obsidian to cover and protect me and my spirit animal. We stand still and watch around us-where does that dark energy come from?

My inner senses are awakened and I search with my mind to find the source and its target. I am sure this energy-wave has an intent. Fortunately, the one who sent the energy wave doesn´t seem to have noticed me because of their focus on whatever-or whoever-their target is. 

I let my mind search the vicinity and suddenly I see a field of darkness crawling around the temple. At the same time I feel a familiar energy-the woman who gives me the warm and tingly sensations. My protective instincts hit me and I stretch out my obsidian shield to try and find her and to keep HER SAFE. 

I sense her presence in the temple and I let my inner senses guide me towards her -her energy is calling to me and I feel her anxiety-levels rising, but thankfully I can protect her with a psychic shield, before the dark energy is consuming her and her mind. I sense that the darkness is looking for something, but I can’t really make out what-I strain myself trying to read its desires…It is really hard, and I am not used to it. Usually I have no problem with reading people´s or entities’ minds, but this one is shrouded in so much darkness that I can´t penetrate their shields. 

Suddenly I get a glimpse of the search for ancient and sacred knowledge-it is trying to destroy her mind to get to the ancestral information and knowledge that is hidden in there.

Me and my spirit animal move quickly now-he feels the danger as strongly as I do. I sense that he is trying to find the spirit animal that belongs to the woman we are trying to protect. Suddenly I feel and hear wings around me-something black and grey moves swiftly around us….I intuitively know and sense that it is a very big crow that is close to us. Its wings are rapidly flapping-like it’s in a big hurry and under distress.

When we get to the temple-the field of darkness has evaporated into thin air. The woman is safe-for now, but I know that it´s just  a matter of time until they will try again. The sinister darkness disappeared as soon as they noticed she was being protected. 

I leave the temple grounds for now. The crow-that I was sensing suddenly appears in front of me. 

She nods to me and says:

– “Thank you for protecting my partner”. 

-”Someone was keeping me busy by playing games of hide and seek with me-I realized too late that they were trying to distract me”, she says.

Chapter 3: The first meeting

The High Priestess- to- be; Niah

I gather myself, but I still feel anxious-that attack on my mind was so forceful and I could feel the sinister intentions behind it. It scares me a bit and it makes me really worried about the ceremony. Did the sinister energy get any information from me before I, and whoever was helping me, could block it?

I leave the temple deep in thought, but I have to prepare my clothes for the ceremony. I wasn’t anxious before, but the presence of that dark magician at the ceremony makes me worry even more. Can I trust the Gods to truly choose the right person for me? Or will someone try and deceive us all by putting on glamour-magic to hide their true intentions?

The Ceremony

The priestesses and the priests from the temple are surrounding me. I can feel the white dress hugging me closely and the golden fringes around my arms tingles softly against my wrist. The chanting gets louder. The others are dressed in golden and white robes and their clothes are sea green with golden tassels.The music and the chanting envelops me.

This is my initiation ceremony. Today I am becoming the High Priestess of the Temple. I am dancing and spinning around to the chanting and I feel the rush of emotions and the fire within me rise to the surface of my body. Suddenly the ring of people around me parts to let somebody into the ring. I feel a strong presence and when I turn around a young man dressed in turquoise  and gold approaches me. His clothes are loosely fitted, but I can see the muscles of his body moving  underneath his clothes. I feel a rush of fire rushing through my body and I suddenly am very aware of my own body. The reaction has caught me by surprise- so much that I suddenly freeze in the middle of the ring. 

When our eyes meet I know I am lost and I also know my life will never be the same again. There is a fire in his eyes and a small smile appears on his face. When our eyes meet-the world stops for a minute and we only see each other-noone else exists in that moment. When me and this man lock eyes my fingers start to tingle- an electric blue lightning suddenly appears from my fingertips and travels up against my arms. The chanting suddenly stops and I feel, more than I see, the surprise  and shock that spreads around the ring. 

The chanting continues like on cue and me and the young man start to dance around each other. We still have our eyes locked to each other. I wonder if the blue fire around my body scares him, but he doesn’t seem to mind.

He only looks at me – he only sees me.

The Protector- to -be; Thomas

When the ring parts-the first thing I see is a swirling of gold and white. Then her dark blue eyes meet my gaze-she freezes in the middle of her dancing movements. My steps halt and I suddenly feel a heat rising up inside me- Hmm, this is new I think to myself… when suddenly  a sparkling and the crackling sound of electricity fills the air. Her fingers start to glow in electric blue and white- flames come out of her fingers. I feel my eyes widen and she looks at me with surprise, but the heat when our eyes meet transcends everything. She looks at me and I look at her-we only see eachother-everything else around us stops….I hear, more than I see, the murmuring and shock from the priestesses and the priests surrounding us.

But my eyes only see her – she only sees me.

The heat and the electricity between us is hotter than any fire I have experienced before. I know that I am lost-mesmerized by her and her dark eyes. She is my destiny. Deep down I know I am hers for the remaining of my days. No matter what-nothing can tear me from her side. Without asking-I know that I am also her deepest desire and her destiny. We belong together-no matter what tries to come between us. This is the woman I have been sensing this whole time. She’s my destined partner and in that moment we both know it-whether the Gods would approve of me or not-there’s no going back now.

The initiation-ceremony continues around us and I move closer to her. This is her initiation ceremony to be the high priestess of the temple and its my initiation ceremony to swear in to be her protector-if I pass the tests bestowed by the Gods. Since she works with magic and sees beyond-I need to be her anchor, so that she and her soul will be safe while she is channeling and goes beyond this world-into the “dreamtime” and the worlds beyond.

None of us expected to feel such a strong bond at our initial meeting- I think.  As I move closer to her I take her hand and my fingers start to emanate the same electric blue and white flame as she is.

The chanting abruptly stops and I hear gasps from everyone surrounding us in the ring. Me and her never flinches-we only smile at each other while the flames surround us and grow stronger. Her hand fits my hand perfectly and we continue to dance together while holding hands. 

The power and the magic surrounding us is very strong and unexpected and on some level I know that this magic will cause us to be targets. But for now-I only see her and feel her body close to me. For now-I only want to be in this moment-with her, close and touching her hands and her body as we dance around the circle together.

Unexpected events

Suddenly everything and everyone fall silent. Me and her don´t notice it at first, since we only have eyes for each other, but we wake up-like from a dream, when the melody stops and we notice a strange light coming from all around us. The air is filled with a scent of sandalwood and incense in a mixture.

An Archangel appears in front of me and her. Instinctively I know that it´s the Archangel Michael we all are seeing. Everything comes to a complete halt-people are stunned and blinded by the blue and white golden light Archangel Michael emanates.

An archangel appearing in physical form, is something that hasn’t happened in Atlantis for hundreds of years-especially Archangel Michael who is the greatest protector and mentor of this realm. All are in shock except for me and her I think.  I will later learn that we both have a strong bond with the archangels, but for now we bow down to archangel Michael in reverence.

Chapter 4: Archangel Michael’s blessings & miracles, but also his warnings-The High Priestess Niah & her Protector Thomas

As we all bow down to the angel in reverence. He looks at us and says:-This is a blessed day-finally you two meet. This has been written in the stars for centuries. You are here to protect Atlantis from the evil that is spreading like a disease throughout the lands. This evil must be stopped. 

He looks at all the people around us two and says to the people around us: I need to talk to this couple in private. He says it kindly, but there’s no mistaking the order and authority in his voice. He looks at us with warmth and a hint of a smile to his otherwise serious face.

– Come, my children, we need to talk. He beckons us to come to the temple with him. He looks at our Spirit Animals and says-You too-come my friends. 

We all go outside. As we come outside we notice that the angel hasn’t come alone-an army of silent angels waits for us outside. Archangel Michael nods to them in coherence and they immediately scatter to look around. Archangel Michael calls on two of his brothers:

-Archangel Raphael and Archangel Jophiel, please join us. Two majestic angels suddenly stands in front of us-they were hidden before, so that no one would know they were there, we presume. 

 I (Thomas) ask:

-Why the secrecy?

-Not, now, Michael says. We need to get to the temple-it´s the safest place right now.

Surprises in the temple

As all seven of us is entering the temple-the Cat Luna is in front of us, but she isn´t acting like a cat-she bows and suddenly speaks:

-Welcome.

 Archangel Michael smiles widely and the whole temple is suddenly radiating of his gold, silver and blue light. He bows down and gently caresses the cat between the ears. 

-My dear Luna-you have done a great job protecting this sanctuary but the evil is spreading, so I will bring you some company-alright? 

Luna spins and says: -Yes, thank you I really need it. This houses´s borders have been breached so many times lately and the last darkness that entered was fierce and maliciously focused…Fortunatley it was so focused on Niah, so it didn’t notice me. It assumed I was just a regular cat…but I got some magic hidden between my paws, she spins with a grin.

-I got a glimpse of it-Luna says suddenly-it is a dark mage and unfortunately he is gaining popularity. His power is growing immensely at this point. There is something about this eclipse season that makes his magic grow stronger. He may have help from outside forces.

Archangel Michael says that Luna will have help to watch the temple from a few other spirit animals-all cats,so it won’t raise suspicion in the enemy. She thanks him and goes back to her usual place in the temple to rest.

An important conversation takes place

Michael, Jophiel and Raphael bring us through to the temple’s inner sanctuary where we all sit down to talk. We didn´t get to go through with the ceremony formally but the archangels all give us their blessing and say that in their eyes and the eyes of the Gods-we are already tied together as a couple. We will be able to finish the ceremony formally after this talk, they assure us.

Michael says that we are both very powerful and that we got together in this lifetime to heal the world and put up a fight against the evil forces that are threatening the lands and the people. He tells us that we are both of pure hearts and that is why we were chosen to follow this path moving forwards.

-It´s not an easy task, but you´ll have the support of the heavens in this mission, Michael says.

-You two are destined for this task-to save the lands and the ancient knowledge you have learned throughout time. You both have unique sets of skills that naturally merge and fit together, Archangel Michael continues.

-Thomas-your skill in magic, action and protection will merge perfectly with Niah´s ancient knowledge, her healing powers, her ability to receive information and spiritual knowledge. Together your skills in magic and manifestation will enhance each other´s. You are Yin and Yang in perfect balance and harmony. Thomas is the protector  and Niah is the healer. Thomas will protect you Niah-both mentally, physically and spiritual. And you, Niah, will protect Thomas’ heart and soul.

-You are each other’s safe harbour and you can completely trust each other. You will need each other because you have to be so careful-you don´t know who you can trust, but the heavens have blessed this union and therefore it’s sacred and miraculous in itself.

-You will grow together and you will learn all about each other. I have faith in you both and so should you. He smiles as he gives us his blessing again.

-If you need help-ask and we will try to come to your aid. This mission is really important to us also-as this malicious entity can´t be allowed to spread its evil, because it will affect the equilibrium and the balance of light and dark in the world. The balance must hold-otherwise we have bigger problems to face.

Our actual wedding ceremony 🙂–Niah

When we get back into the ceremony hall-the only angel that chooses to show himself for the people who´s coming for the ceremony,  is Archangel Michael. Jophiel, Raphael and the other angels are surrounding us, but show themselves only for me and Thomas. Don´t ask me how they do it-I guess they use some kind of cloaking or glamour magic. I think the angels have come to oversee the ceremony, but they want to keep hidden because of the possibility that the enemy or followers of the darkness is there to watch and learn. 

The angels are powerful-I only hope they are stronger than the enemy, since we don´t know if the darkness is a new kind of entity, some outside force from another realm or dimension, or if they are someone who lives among us all, but dabbles in the forbidden dark magic arts.

We notice the tension around us in the wedding hall-not everyone approves of me marrying Thomas. I can sense it and I notice two men staring at me in an unpleasant way. Are they part of the suitors that never got the chance to meet me? I don´t know, but it sends cold shivers down my spine-the looks undress me and I feel exposed, but I look at Thomas and I see that he has noticed them too. I feel him surrounding me with a magical energetic shield of black obsidian to protect me. People can´t see it, but I know that those who have magical abilities can sense it. The shield is to protect me, but I also know that this will let people get a sense of what kind of magical abilities Thomas possesses. This could make him vulnerable for attacks, but he looks at me with glittering eyes and a reassurring smile and instantly I know that, although he knows that he exposes himself a bit, he also is sure of his ability to keep me safe. My emotional system immediately calms down as i feel the protective shield. And the energy that pulsates between us still emits electric blue and white light as we touch each other. Nobody in the room can doubt that we belong together, but I also feel fear from people. They haven´t seen this kind of magic ever before and it freaks them out. Me and Thomas though-we feel the exhiliration and passion between us… and we only want this ceremony to end so we can go to bed and explore each other more intently….

We have been dancing alongside everyone else that is present at the ceremony, but we have only had eyes for each other. I have never felt anything like this before-it´s like me and Thomas have a secret language-like a code between us. I feel like I have known him all my life-he feels familiar, yet exciting. I trust him completely, which is also very strange- I NEVER trust anyone completely.

The ceremony and the celebrations finally ends with a blessing from the high priest of the temple. Archangel Michael stands in front of us now and he is getting ready to bless our union officially too.

A warrior and enchantress meet before a sacred fire as a fantastical coastal kingdom unfolds behind them. 

Archangel Michael’s Blessings and gifts-Niah

The ceremony and the feast has been filled with laughter. dancing, good food and a lot of music, but now everyone falls silent in reverence, as Archangel Michael shows up with all his shining light. The light expands and surrounds everyone that is there. As Thomas stands beside me I notice a shift in the energy around us. We both feel a certain unease. I look at archangel Michael and realize that he lets his light shine bright with a purpose. He wants to give me and Thomas a feeling of what our enemy´s energy feels like…Me and Thomas catch eyes with each other and I see that he feels the energy shifting too. We are now both on high alert. I also notice that the other angels have come closer to us now, but they still keep themselves hidden from everyone else. In the back of the ceremony hall I see a sudden movement. Three people are suddenly leaving the hall and the instant they are gone the energy shifts and becomes lighter and brighter. People feel joyous again. Unfortunately I don´t get a chance to see who they were, but I notice that one of them was a young and beautiful man with light curly hair. Maybe he came for the ceremony hoping to be the one that I would choose to marry. I shiver where I stand, but Thomas squeezes my hand so I feel at ease again. He smiles at me, but I see the seriousness behind the smile. He wants me safe and he wants me to feel happy and at ease. It seems like his powers are very much about energies and energy work. He sees and feels people´s energies-even more so than I do.

While all this is going on-it just takes a second. Archangel Michael is now gifting Thomas and me with two beautiful swords and he also grants us each a bow and arrows. I am pretty skilled at archery, but I guess so is Thomas. Archangel Michael says that these are weapons to be used when light is needed. I don´t really know what he means by that, but something tells me I will find out-eventually.

Archangel Michael is now holding his hands over our heads  and I feel the warmthand the light coursing through me. On the outside it looks likejust a regular blessing, but I feel the tinge of magic that also follows suit. He telepathically talks to me and Thomas and he says that he is enhancing our respective gifts to help as we fight the enemy. He tells me my healing powers and my ability to control the elements is also enhanced. For Thomas he says that he has strengthened his awareness, his spiritual shield and his gifts of sending mental energy. He also says that our powers will grow and we will expand our knowledge and our powers the longer time we spend together, since our combined forces are very strong, since they are  grounded in love and light. These thighs are for no one else to hear, so no one knows that he has given us stronger powers. He tells us to keep it hidden and only to ourselves, since the enemy and the darkness is infiltrating the higher councils, so there can be enemies anywhere.

After everything is done Michael bids his farewell and even though he and the other angels are leaving- the traces of their warmth, magic and light linger for everyone that are present at the ceremony. There is a lingering warm scent of herbs and spices when they leave. Maybe this is how their magic smell-who knows?

I smile to myself as I am taking Thomas hand in mine with a firmer grip. He looks at me and his eyes are flooded with light, joy, humour and a love that makes me feel strong and held in safety and loving support.

I notice that the angels are going back to the temple again. They are probably going to give Luna and her new assistants instructions and encouragement in defending the temple.

Later that evening-Niah 

Finally me and Thomas are alone, so we make our way to  my house. Our spirit animals have been unusually quiet during all the commotion, but they now show themselves to us as we aren’t surrounded by a lot of people anymore. They have kept quiet and hidden from others.They both possess the kind of magic that lets them be seen only when they want to be seen. 

In our culture magical spirit animals are not bound to us-they choose us, so they are free to move as they want to. That doesn’t mean that the bond is weak between us, rather the opposite. We (our culture) don’t believe in possession and force-we believe mutual respect and love are the greatest gifts to have. It’s the same with all the really strong relationships around us. Mutual love, respect and equal give and receive-balance in it all-that is a force that is stronger than anything else in the world. No matter the nature of the relationship-whether it’s friends, between human and animal or between lovers. The strongest bonds are those who stay with each other because they want to, not because they feel obligated or forced to do so.

So, my Spirit animal-the crow Maya- chose me from a very young age-I found her in the magical garden that I have travelled to since I was young. I used to drift off since I was very young and that marked me as a traveler between worlds since I was very young. That is when my magical powers started to show themselves, but nobody truly knows about all the magical power I have been given. It´s dangerous to show them off, so I have kept a lot of them hidden-even from my mentor-Sara-who has led my people thus far.

I must have been around five years old when I travelled to the magical garden between worlds and dimensions-it’s the first time I remember it-and suddenly a small crow flew down and set herself on my shoulder. It was Maya, and we have been inseparable since then.

Thomas spirit animal-the lion Mycah-finally shows himself to me and presents himself. We bow at each other as the tradition is given. Mutual respect as I said.

I smile:

Maya shows herself to Thomas and they also greet each other.

-Thank you again for your help earlier, Maya says to Thomas. -Nice to meet you “for real” she says to him.

He smiles and says:

-Likewise, I hope we will get to know each other more as the time passes.

Our Spirit animals leave and go out to roam in the night. They are both fond of the nighttime so we tell them to be careful and then we look at each other.

All of a sudden I feel very shy and he seems to feel the same, but we take each other’s hands and make our way to the bedroom. There is a nice fire lit in the bedroom and someone has lit up candles with essential oils to leave a nice and warm scent  in the room for us to enjoy.

As the night passes we enjoy each other in every aspect of the word. I have never felt more alive or more seen and I know Thomas feels the same. Making love to each other is another aspect of magic-something neither of us have experienced before. A magical union that in some aspects feels like a reunion. It´s like we know each other just by touching each other and in some ways we do know each other, since we have felt each other’s presence in the unseen realms before.

Needless to say that this magical night has bound us closer to each other and our love is now even stronger. We live and die with each other and for each other. This union feels destined and I guess it also is.

Waking up the morning after we enjoy breakfast  together watching the sunrise on my balcony. After breakfast we go back to bed. Our duties will have to wait another day…

The Garden-The Source of knowledge and magical powers

Niah

I was an odd child, but very bright and that has triggered a lot of people around me. I learned early that even if my culture is based on mutual respect and equality-not all people honor that, so I learned that trust isn’t to be taken for granted or always expected. Atlantis was once a very peaceful place, but darkness has spread a lot since I was young and so has the darker feelings of people. Ego-based emotions is growing for every moment that passes. 

The Garden is governed by Spirit/The Universe and the angels and magical people or people with pure and lightness in their hearts have access to it, so when children are young they can all travel to the Garden, but the only people that know it completely, are the ones who get to visit it often. It’s also a place where you can talk to your ancestors and learn about the collective knowledge that every family lineage has.

 It’s the place where shamans, healers, magicians, witches and record keepers meet and learn their skills. It’s where they do their training. Even warriors who are meant to defend and protect their people are here to learn. Most of us learn basic warrior skills too, but some people are chosen to be the strongest protectors and they learn both physical skills and protective magic to protect the lands and the sacred knowledge that the people possess.The healers learn to heal people, animals and the lands. 

Everyone knows the Garden exists and have visited it when they were kids, but not everyone can keep on visiting it. It depends on how the personality changes and how they choose to live their life. There is a lot to learn in the realms of the garden, so people who have lost access to it because of choices they made, keep trying to visit it because they know that the knowledge and magic there is strong and knowledge is power as we all know.

Thomas

My first visit to the garden was when I accidentally drifted to it in a dream. I must have been about 4 years old. My family is a family of warriors and even though most people in my lineage possess extreme skills in warcraft, most of them don’t have skills in magic of any kind. I was the exception. My parents knew I was different because I started to float and hover above my bed at nighttime.

Many weird things happened around me from a very early age and as I grew older I started to learn to control the elements around me in a conscious way. My training was divided into training in the magical Garden and with my brothers at home. In the Garden I practised my magic with ancestors and angels and in the physical world I learned every skill when it came to strategy and weaponry. Me and my older brothers-I was the youngest-learned  about weapons but all of us also mastered different kinds of martial arts. The martial arts helped me to focus my magic even more and it´s also in one of those sessions I created my signature protection shield-the one of obsidian that I can block evil magic with and also it protects the people and things I love and care about.

Not even my family knows the extent of the magic I possess-it would only scare them. I also keep it hidden out of protection for them. That way they hopefully won´t attract my enemies to them. Not that I have many enemies now, but the ones I know I will have during my lifetime, especially now when I am married and connected to Niah, who has a lot of influence in our world-or she will have influence as she takes the lead of the people..

Our bond is strong and I think it will grow even stronger the more time passes and we get wiser by age. Also our powers are meant to grow. Together we are very strong with our powers combined.

But back to the Garden. I was roaming the lands and one night there I came across a lion cub. He was a small thing, but he kept on following me. This happened when I was about 7 years old. As time has passed we have been inseparable and we love and respect each other very much. He is my trusted companion and my friend. He´s magical but he also has the power to materialize himself into form when he chooses to. So it is for most Spirit Animals in our world. Not everyone has Spirit Animals, but everyone has some sort of protection from the Spirit world. 

We are very connected to the spiritual realms as well as the Atlantis we exist in in the physicality of things. It’s complicated, but for us it´s a natural thing. But there are a lot of people who have lost their connection and ability to communicate with the spiritual world. It´s because of egotistical choices. People are more self-centered and the more they choose to walk that path, the more they lose their ability to connect with other realms. 

The old Atlantis was based on community and a deep connection to all things. We were a rich culture, but since the darkness has started to spread and ego-based people are increasing we are losing a lot of the old knowledge. That is why Niah and the likes of her is so important, because they still have access to all the ancestral knowledge, which includes a lot of magic and also healing abilities. There is also ancient knowledge that she will be able to access more and more the older she gets.
